MyWelfare Self Service Portal
MyWelfare provides a comprehensive and constantly expanding range of services allowing Department of Social Protection customers to self-serve and manage their own interactions with welfare provision.
The site allows users to make remote applications for a variety of services and to monitor the status and progress of their claims over time. The user experience is informed by meticulous research programs with actual end-users and the service offering is categorised according to a user-friendly grouping of terms which speak directly to user needs. The work also involved significant strategic oversight, working with key senior stakeholders on the business side to determine strategic direction and release prioritisation for the product.
